Base drop rates have been increased to 4x across the board. Every thing else about drops (8x for MVP equipment, 0.20 minimum, 20x for cards, etc.) remains in place.

Other notes:
- Event Arena is now available via warpra with some new services available. (Card Remover has been moved there.) Patch before trying to access it.
- Rachel Sanctuary is now accessible by the warpra by paying the Guild Dungeon fee. (5k + 150z per base level on entry)
