That's right, folks. Finally, the tried and true Gravity MVPs of yore have returned to beat the snot out of you once again. Here are the pertinent facts:
- The MVPs will be found on their original maps.
- The MVPs will be wandering NPCs that you will have to find and appease to gain entrance to their battle arena, where battle will take place.
- There is no exp loss penalty for dying on the battle arena maps.
- Every MVP has been edited to some degree to fit the needs and requirements of our player base.
- Each MVP will have a -unique- miscellaneous drop which may have various uses in the future (aside from any existing quests).
- MVPs will be split into four tiers that will require you to be a certain level, either non-rebirth or rebirth.
- Tier 1 - Base Level 50 to 85 Non-Rebirth
- Tier 2 - Base Level 85 to 99 Non-Rebirth
- Tier 3 - Base Level 50 to 99 Rebirth
- Tier 1 - Base Level 50 to 85 Non-Rebirth
- MVP drops have been mostly removed and replaced with a reward system in which the items you have earned will be injected into your inventory upon defeating the MVP.
- MVPs will also reward you with Epix for defeating them, with the number depending on the tier.
- For each tier, only one party may be combating an MVP at one time.
- An MVP may only be defeated once per day by any given character; a party containing a character that has defeated the chosen MVP will not be allowed to enter the arena.
Not all MVPs have been prepared for use, but the following may be found.
Tier 1
- Golden Thief Bug
- Eddga
- Orc Lord
Tier 2
- Dark Lord
- Atroce
- Amon Ra
Tier 3
- Egnigem Cenia
- Gloom Under Night
- Lord of Death
