Phenomenon in Juno

Recently, there was reports of a strange occurrence one early evening in the city of Juno. A bright, glorious pyre of light shot up into the heavens with a cacophony of voices most citizens seemed to be able to hear.

“It wasn’t so loud though that it was ear-shattering. It was just pronounced.” A young lady by the name of Mildred reports, upon interview. “Something about separation… I can’t remember it entirely since it was rather shocking to begin with.”

Some are speculating if the city was suffering a malfunction with the Ymir technology which keeps it afloat, but the Sages have yet to make an official statement on the matter.

Fire In Payon

It seems the forested city to the east has been the center of a lot of trouble lately. Most recently that of arson.

Details are conflicting as to how the actual circumstances went down or even why, but reports all seem to indicate the infamous Ring Master of the undead circus Morose was in the company of a fellow several folks in the crowd addressed to as ‘Theodore’. The fire began at the detention facility, bringing an untimely end to the few inmates kept within bars while the pair spent their time provoking the crowd.

Things took a far more unexpected twist with a flurry of strangeness; from sentient plants, an angry pair of satyrs, mad men, magicians, children demanding candy, and from what is understood a gentleman carrying far more firearms on his person than should be legal. During a confrontation where it could be assumed folks were trying to perform a ‘citizen’s arrest’ on the duo- the western side of the city became engulfed in another inferno.

Experts suspect that the men had plotted this to provide a distraction for their escape, which they did manage to flit away from the authorities to the southern woods. Pursuit offered no leads.
